Raymond Alderete is a full time commercial photographer based in Houston. He specializes in Architectural, Product and Editorial portraits.
His work has been published in The Wall Street Journal, Parade, Entrepreneur, Texas Business Magazine and numerous local magazines and publications. He is a frequent contributor to GreatBuildings.com.
He has done work for Shell, Foley’s, Garden Ridge, Academy Sports, Ashford.com and The Grand Prix of Houuston.
He recently was the principle photographer for the Extreme Home Makeover in East Bernard Texas built by Royce Builders and is one of the contributors for the “Houston It’s Worth It” Book.
He also has done in kind work for Theater Under the Stars, The National Kidney Foundation, The Gulf Coast Blood Center, The Ronald MacDonald House and The Sunshine Kids.
He has exhibited and is a member of Texas PPA.
He graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Houston with a degree in Photography. Since then he has worked for some of the worlds best photographers such as Arthur Meyerson, Mary Ellen Mark and Annie Leibovitz.
He is presently working on a personal project about Mariachis and spiritual Shrines in Texas.
